Cancellation by Meghana Cabs: If we cancel your booking, we will initiate the refund process automatically. You can expect to receive your refund within business days, depending on your payment method.

Cancellation by You: If you cancel your booking within the specified time frame, we will process your refund as follows:

If you paid using a credit card, debit card, or digital wallet, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If you paid in cash, your refund will be processed through your Meghana Cabs account. You can use this balance for future bookings, or upon request, we can arrange for a cash refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Late Cancellations: If you cancel your booking outside of our specified cancellation window, you may not be eligible for a refund. However, we will assess such requests on a case-by-case basis and may provide a partial refund at our discretion.

No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled pickup without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
